With my work, I hope to create this space that is both intra- and interpersonal, where individuals are engaged in an unfiltered world that compels them to pause and deeply examine the subject matter reflected through my pieces.

his painting examines the impact of colonialism on the Haitian society refusing to reject the same social categorizations and stereotypes that were instrumental to the foundation of the class system during that traumatic period.
